4 red kale leaves

1 carrot
2 cucumbers
1 orange
1 lemon
1 apple
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup red grapes
the method:

the nutritional facts:
vitamin A: The carrots in this beverage provide ample amounts of vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene. Consider this precursor to vitamin A your passport to youth; it aids in protecting cells, prevents premature aging and gives your skin a rosy glow.
vitamin C: Often associated with immune system and warding off the common cold – but did you know that your skin has its own unique immune system that needs a little TLC every now and then? It’s true. So while vitamin C helps protect the integrity of the skin, it also triggers collagen production. Collagen is responsible for keeping skin looking plump, elastic , wrinkle-free and wards off signs of aging.
vitamin K: This antioxidant does wonders for the skin. With a healthy intake of vitamin K, you can expect a clearer complexion, improved skin elasticity and a super-fast wound healing response.
Hi Denise, thank you for stopping by my blog and deciding to follow. I recently moved and in the process pulled out a juicer I bought quite a few years ago. My husband suggested I let it go, but I declined hoping I would get it out and use it more often. I am so glad to come across your superfood juice recipe and am anxious to try it. I’m not a huge kale fan (except for the chips and they quite expensive) so this will be a good opportunity for me to down some painlessly. Thanks! 🙂
Nothing wrong with “hiding” kale in a juice! Let me know how you like the recipe 🙂
I find the idea of “juicing” labor intensive, so I’d always skipped it. Recently, I discovered an average blender does a great job of smoothing things together. I’m now on board (have to be okay with pulpiness though, which I don’t mind) 🙂 Great recipe here!
I totally agree! Sometimes the thought of juicing is just so overwhelming that I am willing to pay the $8 for a juice at whole foods haha! What blender do you use – I don’t mind a little pulpiness every now and then 🙂
I ended up getting an Oster for about $40. I just searched Amaon and read a bunch of reviews on the under $50 and this one seemed like what I wanted. It’s been great so far! Chopping up kale and frozen broccoli pretty well 🙂
I am getting one!! 🙂
Excellent! 🙂 Let me know what goodies you put together in yours!
OOOh yes, please! I would so totally digg this! Yum!
Can you please add a Pin It (Pinterest) option under Share This? I would LOVE that. Sounds delicious.
