I’m not sure. However, I a firm believer in going with the flow when it comes to sleep. Meaning, if you sleep 10 or 12 hours, then your body needed it. I know some people that are fully functional on 3 or 4 hours a night – not me though, I need at least 7 to 8 hours to feel well-rested!
Is there such a thing as too much sleep? Are there any dangers associated with that?
